of night to raid the trash which increases their risk of injury. Many times sites
will have dangerous chemicals such as battery acid or lead and even toxic material

for any person to burn, dump, or dispose of garbage, refuse, rubbish, swill, ashes
or other waste upon any streets, alleys, public places, trails or streams, or

such as paper, trees, brush, leaves, grass, and other debris, where smoke and other
emissions are released directly into the air," says Sherman. Open burning pollutes
the air and poses a fire hazard.
